This mocktail recipe is actually good for you. It's the perfect frozen margarita to make when you want something celebratory that will also make you feel good. In fact, this drink is so healthy, you don't need a special occasion to drink it! Blend it up any time, sip, and enjoy.
Ingredients for Peach Lime Margarita Mocktails
Here's what you need for these frozen margarita mocktails:
Frozen peaches. You can find these in the grocery store, or slice and freeze fresh peaches at home.
Lime juice. Lemon or orange juice will also work.
Pineapple juice. If you prefer a less-sweet drink or don't have pineapple juice, substitute with coconut water.
Agave. You could also sweeten the mocktails with honey or maple syrup if you prefer.
Ginger. This is optional, but adds a sophisticated, peppery flavor to the drinks.
Garnish Ideas
To put a finishing touch on your frosty mocktail, I recommend lime wedges and fresh mint leaves or rosemary sprigs. You can also add fresh sliced peaches for an extra pizazz as well!
Big-Batch Mocktail Margarita
To make these alcohol-free drinks for a crowd, simply scale the recipe up as needed. You may need to add more liquid to help things blend in a full blender.
If you're serving these over some time, it's best to keep the pitcher in the fridge or on ice so things don't melt.
How to Sweeten Margarita Mocktails
For a simple sweetener, just use agave syrup. It's vegan! Or, if you prefer to make your own, whip up a simple syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water until the sugar is fully dissolved.
