It's always a good idea to eat in a way that supports your immune system. Luckily, there are plenty of delicious ways to do just that. This is exactly what I need right now. I've been sneezing like crazy, and trying to stay healthy so I don't pass any colds onto the baby. I'm absolutely loving the ingredients in this smoothie - so many nutrients packed into one glass! Curious though, how dominant is the jalapeño in this? I'm not a huge fan of spicy drinks, but would be willing to try it.
