You can now have your cookies and drink them, too! My Sugar Cookie Mocktail is a creamy, sweet, and unique drink that highlights the delights of a freshly-baked sugar cookie. This recipe only takes 5 minutes and is perfect for non-drinkers, kids, or anyone else attending your holiday festivities!
Lets the holiday festivities begin!
I am showcasing one of my proudest recipes today loved by kids, adults, and everyone in-between. This is even a great drink for Santa alongside his cookies!
My Sugar Cookie Mocktail is a festive drink that tastes just like a sugar cookie using almond milk, agave, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, and a cinnamon sugar spice blend. If you are hosting a lot of kiddos this year, be sure to make this for them!
Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Spice Blend
While you may have seen this in stores, cinnamon sugar cookie spice blend is easy to find, but also easy to make. Your Sugar Cookie Mocktails will taste amazing, whichever you use.
If you do plan on making your own spice blend, you will need:
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
If you have any other flavors that you like to add to your cookies, feel free to throw them in! For example, if you have a large jar of vanilla sugar, be sure to use that. If you like cloves or allspice in your cookies, add a bit of that.
This mocktail is totally customizable. For the adults, you can also add some Baileys or spiced rum to these mocktails to turn them into cocktails!
Ingredients in Sugar Cookie Mocktails
For the Mocktail:
2 cups Almond milk, room temp. (You can use your fave plant-based milk!)
1 teaspoon organic powdered sugar
2 teaspoons agave
½ teaspoon almond extract
half teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup canned condense milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar cookie spice blend
Toppings:
Crushed ice
Whipped cream, homemade or storebought
Sugar cookie, crushed or whole (optional)
Festive sprinkles, for rim of glass (optional)
How to Make Sugar Cookie Mocktails
In a bowl, whisk together all the mocktail ingredients until combined and smooth.
To decorate the rim of glass(es): Grab your favorite 'mocktail/cocktail' glass (8 oz. or so), add festive sprinkles to the rim of the glass by slightly wetting the rim with water (or lemon juice) and then pressing slightly into the sprinkles which are laid out of a plate, swirling it a bit to ensure that they stick. Stand glass upward and let them dry for 1-2 minutes.
To serve: Add crushed ice (filling the glass halfway), followed by drink mixture (filling it close to the top), and topping with whipped cream and a freshly baked sugar cookie, if desired.
Sip and Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks
SWEETENER: Instead of Agave syrup, you can substitute with pure maple syrup.
SUGAR COOKIE: If you'd like to top your mocktail with a sugar cookie, be sure to check out my recipe for these Soft Oversized Crinkled Sugar Cookie. Just reduce size of cookies to fit glasses.
SPICE BLEND: If you don't have the Primal Palate spice blend on hand, simply substitute with ground cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
