Warmer weather calls for fresh, vibrant salads. One salad green y'all know I love is kale. But we all know kale needs a good salad dressing. It makes or breaks the dish. And from that, my Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing was born! The Ingredients

With just a handful of basic ingredients and a breeze to whip up, this plant-based Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing is going to become your go-to, your ride-or-die dressing. Trust me, once you try it, you'll wonder how you ever survived without it.

  • VEGENAISE - Aka, my favorite vegan mayo. It is super creamy and smooth.
  • Olive oil - To achieve that velvety, smooth texture, you'll want to go for the good stuff: extra virgin.
  • Dijon mustard - There's just something special about Dijon flavor that takes this dressing to the next level.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - Adds that tangy kick we all know and love.
  • Honey - The yin to the mustard and vinegar's yang. This golden nectar perfectly balances out the sharpness of the mustard and vinegar, but be sure to go for raw high-quality honey to reap all of its health benefits.
  • Lemon - Adds a citrusy, tangy feel.
  • Sea Salt & Peper - To round out the flavors
  • Almond milk - Adds a slightly nutty flavor, sub out for another plant milk if you want a nut-free version.

Voila! This dairy-free honey mustard dressing is the epitome of easy, quick, and delicious. With just a few simple ingredients and a quick whisking session, you'll have a luscious dressing that's perfect for salads, and sandwiches, and you can add it anything else your heart desires. And the best part? You can store it in an airtight jar for future use, so you can enjoy the sweet and tangy flavors any time you want!

  1. This might be the best DF dressing I’ve ever had! I made sure to use quality mustard and my favorite local raw honey. Usually I have to “doctor” recipes up a bit but this one was 5 stars out the gate. My whole family agrees. Thank you 🙏🏻

    • Hi Brandy! WOW-----I'm so happy that you enjoyed this dressing recipe! It's truly one of my go-to's! Thanks so much for choosing to give it a try! 🙂

  2. Hi Shanika, if I'm telling you that last night was the second time making your dressing, I hope you know what that means! It is fantastic, and your not so bad either :). I don't follow any dietary restrictions, and used regular mayonnaise and cows milk. After my first time making your dressing, I opted to withold the milk altogether, for an even thicker result. Our little family of 2 was so happy last night, and thank you for being a part of this!
