Tip of the Week

Double It Up

Anytime I make a delicious, home-cooked meal, I try to double the recipe. Having leftovers is one of my absolute favorite things. You can just cook once but have meals for two days! Plus, a lot of my recipes freeze really well so you can store your extra portions in an airtight container and freeze it for later. On a busy week, you will be really glad you made a tasty homemade dinner weeks ago!

Some of my favorite recipes to double and freeze are vegan chocolate chip bread, broccoli mac and cheese and creamy garlic bread soup. Start doubling or tripling your recipes and you will really appreciate your efforts later on in the week!
