It’s been a HARDWORKING weekend for me. I spent all weekend decluttering, re-organizing, and adding new things to my blogging collection and creating a learning space for my son’s homeschooling. 🖍📚 Of course, I had content to shoot for a few partnerships in the midst of it all and it was fun! Vegan + Gluten-Free Apple Plum Crisp. The best crisp I’ve had in awhile besides my recently made Homemade Gluten-Free Apple Crisp. 🍎🍏Yup, this crisp is truly legit, ya’ll. I just the apple spice flavor throughout, however, the slight tartness from the plums really do pull together the sweetness of everything well. 😞 Ugh, so sad to see #AppleWeek come to an end, however, that doesn’t mean that you won’t see any apple recipes pop up here and there. When it comes to breakfast, this Apple French Toast Casserole is the epitome of a warm, comforting Fall dish. Not only is it super easy to make (all in one dish), but it comes jam-packed with a ton of apple slices nestled in between every corner—-the best part! A crispy croissant base topped with an egg mixture and spices. The perfect breakfast, brunch, or entree for any day. Now that we’re officially in Fall, I’m thinkin

Now that we’re officially in Fall, I’m thinking about Thanksgiving which is super close and these crostinis make for the perfect little bites for Thanksgiving or any gathering for that matter. 🍂 They are guaranteed to be a hit! I used candied bacon because of course, it’s the Southern girl in me and candied bacon is a serious thing, ya’ll! I can’t eat bacon any other way now. Plus, the sweet + smokiness from the bacon goes really well with the spices from the apples. Trust me! Usually, most crostini recipes are topped with a cheese spread—like goat cheese, cream cheese, burrata cheese, etc. However, I chose to make my go-to vegan cream cheese. It’s literally a quick blend in the blender and wallah!
