OATS:
- 1 cup organic rolled oats (Use GF-certified, if needed!)
- 3 Tbsps Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup Almond milk (You can use your fave plant-based milk, if desired)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 Tbsps pure maple syrup (See Notes for sub options!)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
GARNISH:
- Crushed Biscoff cookies
- Caramel drizzle (See Post for Vegan Homemade Caramel)
- Melted Biscoff cookie butter
ASSEMBLY:
To serve (hot or cold), add oats to a bowl or mason jar and top it with crushed Biscoff cookies, caramel drizzle (if using), and melted Biscoff cookie butter, if desired.
