SAUCE:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter until melted. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the heavy cream, grated parmesan, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, stirring until combined. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens a bit. Remove from heat.
