SALSA:
- 4 tomato-on-the-vine, roughly chopped
- ½ red onion, roughly chopped
- ½ bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed + diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lime, freshly-squeezed
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
TO MAKE THE SALSA:
In a bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic cloves, lime juice, salt, black pepper, mixing together until combined.
