Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

EGGS:

  • 4 large organic eggs
  • sea salt + black pepper, for garnish
  • dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions

TO COOK THE EGGS:

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 250 degrees and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray to keep the eggs from sticking.
  • In the basket of the Air Fryer, add the eggs side by side and cook for 15-17 minutes. NOTE: For a less firm results to the boiled eggs, only cook for 15 minutes.

SOAK IN ICE BATH:

  • In a bowl filled with water and ice cubes, add the cooked eggs and let them sit for 5 minutes or so until cooled.
  • Once cool enough to handle, gently crack each egg and remove shell completely.
  • To serve, slice eggs in half and garnish with salt, black pepper, and/or parsley.

Notes

STORAGE: Peeled or unpeeled, hard-boiled eggs should be stored in a sealed, airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
