These Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites are the perfect sweet little snack to satisfy in between cravings. Completely dairy-free and Vegan, these cookie dough bites can be whipped together quickly with just 9-ingredients and in 15 minutes total! Yum!
Begin by mixing the vegan butter sticks, organic brown sugar, and sea salt in the bowl of an electric mixer on medium-high speed, until fluffy.
Next, mix in the almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk), pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract, until well combined, about 1 minute. Reduce the speed to low and add in the organic all-purpose flour, mixing until well combined.
Now, turn off the electric mixer and fold in the vegan chocolate chips. **NOTE: If dough is too dry, add water (1 Tbsp at a time) until it's becomes more moist.
Using your hands, create a small-medium dough ball (about 2 Tbsps big!) and repeat until all dough is used.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes (minimum) and grab a few bites and enjoy!
Cookie dough bites can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
