This Easy Peanut Butter Chunky Monkey Milkshake recipe is completely decadent in flavor. This milkshake is the perfect Summer treat with a nice twist of banana, walnut, chocolate, and peanut butter flavor. Super easy and quick to make, with only a handful of ingredients.

Must-Haves:

  • 3 cups Chunky Monkey flavored ice cream (I use Ben & Jerry's)
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk (You can use your fave plant-based milk!)
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter flavored ice cream (I use Ben & Jerry's)
  • handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • whipped cream, store-bought or homemade (See Notes!)
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life Products)

Instructions:

  1. Add the chunky monkey ice cream, peanut butter ice cream, and your favorite non-dairy milk to a blender and blend on medium-high speed, until smooth. 

  2. Once consistency is met, pour milkshake into tall glasses and and top each milkshake with whipped cream, sliced bananas, walnuts, and chocolate chips.

  3. Sip and Enjoy!

Tips | Notes:

HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM: In the bowl of an electric mixer on medium-high speed, whip the heavy cream (3 cups), using the whisk attachment for 4-5 minutes, until fluffy peaks begin to form. **NOTE: When it begins to thicken after the first 2-3 minutes, gradually add in 1 Tbsp vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.** Once fully fluffy, remove from mixer bowl and continue recipe.
