Easy Peanut Butter Chunky Monkey Milkshake

This Easy Peanut Butter Chunky Monkey Milkshake recipe is completely decadent in flavor. This milkshake is the perfect Summer treat with a nice twist of banana, walnut, chocolate, and peanut butter flavor. Super easy and quick to make, with only a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chunky Monkey flavored ice cream (I use Ben & Jerry's)
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk (You can use your fave plant-based milk!)
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter flavored ice cream (I use Ben & Jerry's)
  • handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • whipped cream, store-bought or homemade (See Notes!)
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life Products)

Instructions

  • Add the chunky monkey ice cream, peanut butter ice cream, and your favorite non-dairy milk to a blender and blend on medium-high speed, until smooth. 
  • Once consistency is met, pour milkshake into tall glasses and and top each milkshake with whipped cream, sliced bananas, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM: In the bowl of an electric mixer on medium-high speed, whip the heavy cream (3 cups), using the whisk attachment for 4-5 minutes, until fluffy peaks begin to form. **NOTE: When it begins to thicken after the first 2-3 minutes, gradually add in 1 Tbsp vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.** Once fully fluffy, remove from mixer bowl and continue recipe.
