Ingredients

MOCKTAILS:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 cups organic blueberry juice (I love using RW Knudsen 100% Juice)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup Agave syrup
  • ¼ cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice

TOPPINGS:

  • Crushed Ice
  • Fresh bluberries
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Edible Halloween decor (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the fresh blueberries, blackberries and lemon juice, mulling (crushing) everything together until fruit are fully broken down. Add in the water, blueberry juice, cinnamon and Agave and stir until well combined. NOTE: the mixture should look really dark in color.
  • To Make Mocktails: Add crushed ice to glass(es), Add 3-4 Tbsps of mulled blackberries/blueberries to bottom of glass, followed by ½ cup of mocktail liquid mixture until glasses are ¾ filled. For additional garnish, add fresh blackberries, blueberries, and a rosemary sprig. Repeat for every serving.
  • For a Halloween theme, add your favorite festive decor (i.e. edible eyeballs, spiders, etc.)
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

SWEETENER: Instead of Agave syrup, you can substitute with pure maple syrup, honey, or organic cane sugar as a syrup (sugar + water boiled over the stove top).
