Ingredients

  • 8 cups fresh water
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup thinly sliced strawberries
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled + thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Start by ensuring that all fruits have been thoroughly rinsed, patted dry, sliced, and set aside.
  • Rinse Mint and remove leaves from stems and set aside.
  • Add fresh water to a large glass pitcher followed by sliced fruit, mint leaves, and a squeeze of lemon (optional).
  • Add pitcher to refrigerator and let "infuse" for at least 2 hours. This gives for a stronger flavor.
  • To serve---add infused water (with fruit if desired) to prepared glasses, grab a straw, and enjoy!

Notes

STORAGE + REFILLS: Leftovers are best kept refrigerated and covered with plastic wrap for up to 3-5 days. You can always re-fill the pitcher with fresh water every time it finishes to continue drinking infused water until flavor is lost.
