Ingredients

MOCKTAILS:

  • 1 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice (You can also use organic store-bought lime juice)
  • 2-3 Tbsps raw honey
  • Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda, for topping

GARNISH:

  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh thyme sprigs or fresh mint leaves

Instructions

TO MAKE MOCKTAILS:

  • In a bowl, add the lime juice and honey, mixing until combined. NOTE: Add additional sweetener if needed.
  • ASSEMBLY: Fill an 8-ounce glass halfway with crushed ice. Add the lime mocktail mixture. Garnish with lime wedges and top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water until filled completely. Add fresh thyme sprigs or mint leaves, if desired.
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

SERVING: To make additional mocktails, simply double or triple ingredients, depending on need.
SWEETENER: Instead of honey, you can always use Agave or maple syrup or create a simple syrup by boiling water with organic cane sugar to sweeten.
