Ingredients

CHAMOMILE LAVENDER TEA:

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 Chamomile Lavender tea bags

MOCKTAILS:

  • 2 cups organic blueberry juice (I love using RW Knudsen 100% Juice)
  • ¼ cup Agave syrup
  • 2 Tbsps freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • Crushed Ice
  • Fresh bluberries
  • Sliced Lemons
  • Rosemary sprigs

Instructions

TO MAKE THE CHAMOMILE LAVENDER TEA:

  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add the water and bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove the water from heat and add the tea bags and let them steep for 5-6 minutes. Once fully steeped, remove tea bags and let cool completely.

TO MAKE THE MOCKTAILS:

  • In a bowl, add the blueberry juice, chamomile lavender tea, Agave and lemon juice, stirring together until combined.
  • ASSEMBLY: Add crushed ice to glass(es), Add the mocktail mixture until ¾ filled followed by fresh blueberries and lemon wedges. For additional garnish, add fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired. Repeat for every serving.
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

SWEETENER: Instead of Agave syrup, you can substitute with pure maple syrup or organic cane sugar as a syrup (add to boiled chamomile lavender tea over the stove top).
