Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ½ cups organic pineapple juice (You can also use coconut water, if desired)
  • ¼ cup Agave syrup
  • 1-2 tsps minced ginger, optional

OPTIONAL GARNISH:

  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (You can also use Fresh mint leaves)

Instructions

BLEND EVERYTHING TOGETHER:

  • In a high-speed blender, add together the frozen peaches, pineapple juice, lime juice, Agave, and minced ginger (if using) and blend until smooth and has a slushy consistency. Add more sweetener if needed.
  • ASSEMBLY: For each drink, fill the glass with frozen peach mocktail and top with lime wedges and mint leaves or fresh herb garnish, if desired.
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

SWEETENER: Instead of Agave, you can always use honey or maple syrup or create a simple syrup by boiling water with organic cane sugar to sweeten.
SERVING: To make additional mocktails, simply double or triple ingredients, depending on need.
