Orange Kiwi Ginger Mocktail

This refreshing orange, kiwi and ginger mocktail has fresh fruit, oange juice and ginger beer for a healthy drink.

Ingredients

MOCKTAILS:

  • 4 medium kiwis, peeled + sliced
  • ½ cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
  • 3-4 Tbsps Agave syrup (See Notes!)
  • ginger beer, for topping

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • Crushed Ice
  • Sliced kiwis
  • Orange wedges
  • Rosemary sprigs

Instructions

TO MAKE THE MOCKTAILS:

  • In a bowl, add the sliced kiwis and orange juice, mulling (crushing) everything together until kiwis are mostly broken down. Add Agave and stir until combined. NOTE: Add additional sweetener if needed.
  • ASSEMBLY: Add crushed ice to glass(es), Add 3-4 Tbsps of mulled kiwis to bottom of glass, followed by ⅓ cup of mulled kiwi-citrus mixture and top with ginger beer until glasses are ¾ filled. For additional garnish, add sliced kiwis, orange wedges, and rosemary sprigs. Repeat for every serving. 
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

  • SWEETENER:Instead of Agave syrup, you can substitute with pure maple syrup, honey, or organic cane sugar as a syrup (sugar + water boiled over the stove top to make simple syrup).
  • ORANGE JUICE: Instead of using orange juice, you can always substitute with another citrus such lemon or lime juice.
  • SERVING: To make additional mocktails, simply double or triple ingredients, depending on need.
