In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder and sea salt. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the chocolate hazelnut butter, eggs, oil and coconut milk. Then add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until well incorporated.
Preheat your Belgian Waffle Maker according to instructions and set on medium heat. Lift the waffle maker cover and pour about 1 cup of batter into center of the griddle, allowing batter to spread out evenly (avoid OVER-FILLING). Lower the lid and let it cook about 4 minutes (or according to maker's instructions).
Carefully transfer cooked waffle to a plate and repeat until all waffles are made. Garnish with caramelized banana slices and chopped peanut butter cups (optional). Serve immediately and Bon Appetite!
