Refreshing Strawberry Pomegranate Mocktail

Nothing like a stunning ombré mocktail that boasts of fruit flavors and this Strawberry Pomegranate Mocktail is one for the books!

Ingredients

MOCKTAIL:

  • 3 cups strawberries, stems removed + sliced
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 tablespoon juice of a lemon
  • 2 Tbsps Agave syrup
  • ginger beer, for topping

OPTIONAL GARNISH:

  • Sliced strawberries
  • pomegranate arils
  • 4 Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

TO MAKE THE MOCKTAILS:

  • In a bowl, add together the fresh strawberries and lemon juice, mulling (crushing) everything until strawberries are fully broke down. Add Agave and stir until combined.
  • ASSEMBLY: Add crushed ice to glass(es), Add 2-3 Tbsps pomegranate arils to bottom of glass, followed by 2 Tbsps of mulled strawberry-lemon mixture and top with ginger beer. For additional garnish, add sliced strawberries, pomegranate arils, and mint leaves. Repeat for every serving. 
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

  • SERVING SIZE: To make additional mocktails, simply double or triple ingredients, depending on need.
  • ALCOHOL: If you'd like to keep this recipe dairy-free, but want to spruce things up with alcohol, feel free to add 1 ounce of rum, vodka, etc.
