This Orange, Strawberry, + Mint Infused Water recipe is all about creating a healthy option to keeping your body refreshed at all times, especially during those warm Summer months. Naturally flavored from the fresh slices of fruit, this water serves great as a detox or a boost in digestion, is easy to make, and only uses four to five ingredients.
Start by ensuring that all fruits have been thoroughly rinsed, patted dry, sliced, and set aside.
Rinse Mint and remove leaves from stems and set aside.
Add fresh water to a large glass pitcher followed by sliced fruit, mint leaves, and a squeeze of lemon (optional).
Add pitcher to refrigerator and let "infuse" for at least 2 hours. This gives for a stronger flavor.
To serve---add infused water (with fruit if desired) to prepared glasses, grab a straw, and enjoy!
STORAGE + REFILLS: Leftovers are best kept refrigerated and covered with plastic wrap for up to 3-5 days. You can always re-fill the pitcher with fresh water every time it finishes to continue drinking infused water until flavor is lost.
