Watermelon Strawberry Lime Mocktail

Ingredients

MOCKTAILS:

  • 2 cups strawberries, stems removed + sliced
  • 3 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 cups fresh water
  • 3-4 Tbsps Agave syrup
  • ¼ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice

TOPPINGS:

  • Cubed watermelon
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

TO MAKE THE MOCKTAILS:

  • In a bowl, add the fresh sliced strawberries, watermelon, and lime juice, mulling (crushing) everything together until strawberries/watermelon are fully broken down. Add in the water and Agave and stir until well combined combined. NOTE: Add additional sweetener depending on sweetness desired.
  • To Assemble: Add crushed ice to glass(es), Add 3-4 Tbsps of mulled strawberries/watermelon to bottom of glass, followed by ⅓ cup of mocktail liquid mixture until glasses are ¾ filled. For additional garnish, add sliced strawberries, cubed watermelon, and lime wedges. Repeat for every serving. 
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

SWEETENER: Instead of Agave syrup, you can substitute with pure maple syrup or organic cane sugar as a syrup (sugar + water boiled over the stove top).
