No Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Almond Peanut Butter Bites

These No Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Almond Peanut Butter Bites are an easy way to add a bit of sweet to your day, while keeping things on the healthier side.

Must-Haves:

  • 3/4 cup Justin's peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup Justin's classic almond butter
  • 1/4 cup organic honey (can also use maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients: peanut butter cups, rolled oats, and ground flaxseed. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: classic almond butter and honey until well incorporated.

  3. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.  Then using a spatula, fold together all ingredients until well incorporated.

  4. Scoop 1 Tbsp pf mixture into your hands and roll around into little balls. ***If the mixture is a little dry, add in a little more almond butter or honey to moisten***

  5. Once all balls are formed, roll each ball into melted chocolate hazelnut mixture and then roll around in chopped cashews.

  6. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes or so to harden and enjoy!

Can be stored in refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
