Fluffy Belgian Waffles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups All-Purpose flour
  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • 2 Tbsps sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups cups milk (I used evaporated milk)
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker on desired level of heat.
  • Mix together the dry ingredients in a Medium bowl.
  • Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until batter forms.
  • Once waffle maker is fully heated, pour ¾ cup batter onto hot waffle griddle and cook according to waffle maker instructions (will vary depending on appliance).
  • Repeat.
  • Top with fresh fruit, Lobster tails, and maple syrup. Serve immediately.
