Fluffy Belgian Waffles Recipe

- 1 ¾ cups All-Purpose flour
- ¼ cup corn starch
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- a pinch of nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¾ cups cups milk (I used evaporated milk)
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of cinnamon
Preheat your waffle maker on desired level of heat.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a Medium bowl.
Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until batter forms.
Once waffle maker is fully heated, pour ¾ cup batter onto hot waffle griddle and cook according to waffle maker instructions (will vary depending on appliance).
Repeat.
Top with fresh fruit, Lobster tails, and maple syrup. Serve immediately.
