Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe

- 1 Loaf of fresh bread or baguette
- 1 bulb Garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 Tbsps butter, softened (NOT melted)
- 2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon dill weed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Cut loaf in halves and spoon mixture on each half.
Wrap each half in foil paper (individually) and place in oven. Let bake for 10 minutes.
Once done, put oven on broil for 5-7 minutes or until bread is brown around the edges and crisp.
Remove and serve while HOT!
