Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf of fresh bread or baguette
  • 1 bulb Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 Tbsps butter, softened (NOT melted)
  • 2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Cut loaf in halves and spoon mixture on each half.
  • Wrap each half in foil paper (individually) and place in oven. Let bake for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, put oven on broil for 5-7 minutes or until bread is brown around the edges and crisp.
  • Remove and serve while HOT!
